DOMAIN NAME SUBMISSION TO 20 MAJOR SEARCH ENGINES
EIGHT KEYWORD / PHRASE LISTINGS
QUARTERLY SEARCH ENGINE POSITION AND RANKING REPORTS
All for a price of £47.50 annually.
Apart from the style of the letter (presented as a bill, but stating that it is not a bill), they are lying.

Came across Alexa.com today, via a client. You can search on a URL, then you get a ’see traffic details’ link. It gives you information such as daily reach, rank and daily page views, and where people go from the site analysed.
